Summary

preserve tracked plugin symlink entries when staging readonly Playground mounts
materialize links whose targets belong to the mounted source instead of silently omitting plugin files
reject unsafe or unresolved links and retain mount provenance
expand readonly-mount coverage for tracked symlink trees

Verification

focused readonly mount/materialization tests pass
verified as part of the combined WP Codebox stack used by Roadie E2E run 53842385-d805-46e9-8080-a6a11539a6de

Closes #1978
